Landlords have an economic plan, not.Cut environmental and permit regs and taxes like inventory and personal property tax and have a pro business political attitude and watch the area grow.No business will build that has to spend tens of thousands of dollars for environmental engineering and be put off 2 to 3 years for permits to proceed.
