'Choose kindness,' Melania Trump tells schoolkids

Donald Trump's detractors may label him one of the world's most powerful bullies, but that did not discourage America's first lady from championing the fight against bullying at a Detroit area school on Monday.

"I think it's important that we choose kindness and compassion," she told students at Orchard Lake Middle School, in a Detroit suburb, during a visit made as part of National Bullying Prevention Month.

"I encourage you to find a new friend," the first lady told the children. "Ask them what they like, what their hobbies are, so nobody becomes sad or stressed and everybody feels included."

Has she talked to her husband about bullying?

Her husband is not bullying anyone. You just aren't use to a man in the white house. A man that stands up for you and everyone. No you haven't seen that in many years. Thank you Mr. President!

Melania Trump is the classiest FLOTUS since Nancy Reagan. Certainly much better than that America hating last one. That Obama woman was a disgusting representative of the White House. I'm surprised she didn't demand that it was painted black while she was there.
