Incident: Theft
Date of Incident: 15 September 2017
Location: 28000 block of Log Cabin Road, Salisbury, MD
Suspect: Lorraine Carole Gregory, 33, Salisbury, MD
Narrative: On 15 September 2017 at 4:10 PM, a deputy arrested Lorraine Gregory in connection with a theft that reportedly occurred at a residence of 28000 block of Log Cabin Road in Salisbury. During this investigation, the deputy met with the owner of the residence who advised that he had arrived at the residence to discover that the washer and dryer were both missing. It was discovered that the tenant, Lorraine Gregory was involved in the disappearance of the appliances. Initially she told the deputy that she had them taken them out to be repaired but finally relented and admitted to removing them from the residence and selling them.
The deputy placed Gregory under arrest and transported her to the Central Booking Unit where she was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. Following an initial appearance, the Commissioner released Gregory on Personal Recognizance.
Charges: Theft $1,000.00 - $10,000.00

Incident: Assault
Date of Incident: 16 September 2017
Location: 700 block of Dennis Street, Salisbury, MD
Suspect: Khiry R. Drummond, 26, Salisbury, MD
Narrative: On 16 September 2017 at 7:17 AM, a deputy investigated a reported altercation that occurred in the 700 block of Dennis Street. Upon arrival, the deputy met with a female subject who stated that she had been assaulted by Khiry Drummond. According to the victim, they had argued earlier about the victim going out and she had gone to sleep, but was awoken just before dawn to Drummond striking her in her head with her cell phone. According to the victim, Drummond began destroying items in her bedroom before renewing the assault on her. At one point according to the victim Drummond began choking her.
According to the victim, she managed to get out of the residence and attempted to reach another location where she could summons help because Drummond took her cell phone and destroyed it, but Drummond followed her in his vehicle, at points exiting the vehicle to continue perpetrating an assault on the victim.
The deputy placed Drummond under arrest and transported him to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. Following an initial appearance, the Commissioner detained Drummond without bond in the Detention Center.
Charges: Assault 1st Degree, Assault 2nd Degree, Theft under $1,000.00, Malicious Destruction of Property

Incident: Possession of CDS / Weapon Violation
Date of Incident: 16 September 2017
Location: 22000 block of Capitola Road, Quantico, MD
Suspect: Benjamin K. Zawacki, 30, Quantico, MD
Narrative: On 16 September 2017 at 3:30 PM, a deputy stopped a vehicle operated by Benjamin Zawacki for speeding. Upon making contact with Zawacki, the deputy made observations that prompted the deputy to conduct a CDS scan with a Sheriff’s Office K-9. Following an alert by the K-9, the deputy searched Zawacki’s vehicle and located what was identified as marijuana in the vehicle. The amount recovered was significantly in excess of 10 grams.
Further search of Zawacki’s vehicle revealed a rifle and ammunition. The deputy uncovered that Zawacki is prohibited from possessing a firearm due to previous criminal convictions.
The deputy placed Zawacki under arrest and transported him to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. Following an initial appearance, the Commissioner detained Zawacki in the Detention Center in lieu of $10,000.00 bond.
Charges: Possession of Marijuana over 10 grams, Possession of Rifle with a Felony Conviction, Possession of a Firearm with CDS

Incident: Possession of CDS
Date of Incident: 17 September 2017
Location: S. Salisbury Blvd. at College Ave., Salisbury, MD
Suspect: Vasti M. Zelaya, 20, Germantown, MD
Narrative: On 17 September 2017 at 0340 AM, a deputy stopped a vehicle operated by Vasti Zelaya after observing her utilize private property to avoid waiting for a red traffic signal. Upon making contact with Zelaya, the deputy observed a baggie that contained what was recognized as cocaine in plain view. The deputy seized the cocaine and placed Zelaya under arrest.
Following an initial appearance, the Commissioner released Zelaya on Personal Recognizance.
Charges: Possession of Cocaine

What's the deal in 28000 block of log cabin road these days? That's a most wanted fugitive arrest and now theft of appliances. Sounds like somebody likes to entertain some of the local crack whores
