Child Molester Found with Head Chopped Off and Left on Judge’s Front Porch

William Smith, 28 from Dallas, Texas was found dead Tuesday morning at around 3:00 a.m. He had been picked up by Dallas Police for questioning due to allegations of child molestation by his girlfriends 8 year old daughter.

As an investigation was underway he had just been charged on Monday of two counts of child pornography and one count of child molestation.

As the judge set a bond of $30,000.00, William was able to bond out of jail and return home until his trial date. When the Judge went to bed at 9:00 Monday night everything was as usual.

Thats no disturbing act of violence. Its called making the world a safer place and saving the taxpayers money. The real waste will be wasting time to investigate who dunnit.

Yep, took care of one problem. However, can not fix the innocent eight year old child.

"Dallas police and the FBI where called in to investigate this disturbing act of violence."

I must be becoming callous, as I don't find it disturbing. But, with all the false accusations that are made by children, and men's wives and girlfriends, he probably deserved a trial (and certainly if anyone believes in our constitution); and based on the evidence, a determination of guilt, or innocence. Also, the last time I checked, capital punishment (the death penalty) is reserved for capital crimes (murder), and not for any other crimes. He wasn't even accused of murder.

Vigilante justice is not justice at all.

Nothing but an 8 Y/O girlfriend's accusation brings him a death sentence by vigilante? And some people think that is justice? Now, if they catch the perp that committed the heinous murder of the ACCUSED, it will be murder one, punishable by death...and Texas does it. No hand picked jury will nullify what he did to the man without a trial. It's just too heinous, and cannot be allowed. If a person can do that to some one else, no matter why they think it NEEDED to be done, they do not deserve to walk and live among the rest of us.

What will be the next crime someone is accused of that he thinks deserves the death penalty, without a trial?

I was having just an ok day and have 2 weddings and a birthday party today and I'm not much into all that and was kind of depressed about having to do all of that today but after hearing this it's just brought almost a wave of excitement and joy to me and doesn't seem like today's going to be as bad as when I thought it was after hearing news like that it just shows me there is still good in the world clearly someone loves their child and loves them more than themselves there's no greater act of love than what they've done. That child will never again have to worry a day in her life again about that POS and what he did to her .

If he did it, he deserves as much, however,
in this day and time it's very easy to have
a person accused of this. All you have to
get is the child" "say so" and then that person
has to prove they didn't. Oh yeah, that's
how it goes people. There's many an innocent
person in jail now for a crime they didn't
commit .
IF they did commit it-----there really isn't
enough punishment they could receive but do
stop and think before you try to be judge/jury.

It was not just the eight year old child's accusation. There was also physical evidence of child pronography. Where there is smoke there is......

I guess we must HOPE he was actually guilty.
Right?

I mean, we do HOPE a guilty man was murdered don't we?
Or, do we care about innocence until proven guilty?

What has our Country become?
Are we Israel?

Willing to bet he was a repeat offender
