The citizens of Maryland should be able to access restaurant inspections. Other states (NY, CA) have the grade posted on the front of the business.
This doesn't surprise me at all. Place is filthy.

I found Wicomico County restaurant inspections but cannot locate anything on the Worcester County Health Dept. website. I can only imagine what is going on in Ocean City.
12:20 PM - where you will find information about restaurants in Wicomico County. This Tugos is in Worcester County.
I don't believe this for a minute. Do the right thing. Take the Band-Aid to the cops, then let them have the DNA of all the people sitting there with you. You know, the same ones who helped you make this episode up.
Some people will do anything to get out of paying for a meal, and some people will do anything to screw somebody they don't like. This case is one or the other, or both.

What are you talking about 11:40 ? Scott is a great guy and a really hard worker. Always has been. I can only imagine you have some personal issue. Tugos is great and has been since the mid 80s.
Where is the health inspector???
Sometimes I wonder if these customers do these themselves.
I wouldn't eat at that nasty place and the owner is a real jerk.
