Judge Mary Reese is charged by a state commission with violating the code of judicial conduct.
A state panel that investigates complaints against judges is accusing Reese of judicial misconduct based on comments made from the bench in two domestic violence cases. She heard them in Carroll County.
One case involved a 17-year-old seeking a temporary peace order against her boyfriend. Standing before the judge with a black eye, she explained how she ended her relationship, then he tracked her to a friend's house where he forced his way inside and assaulted her and a friend.
Reese: Has this ever happened before?
Petitioner: No.

Should be automatic disbarment. She was not sticking to the facts presented but to her personal opinion. She is a liberal democrat Judge that rules by her personal opinions instead of the facts of the case presented. She is not a defense lawyer presenting the defense argument. She is a Judge.
Notice this disciplinary action is not for the judge who totally ignored our Constitution or the President's right to establish a travel ban at his discretion. This country's legal system needs a serious revamping.
I know a number of WOMEN who use RESTRAINING orders arbitrary. The men loose gun rights ect without proof.... right here in Salisbury
