The legal case against the gerrymandering in Maryland is getting curiouser and curiouser, thanks to depositions provided by former Gov. Martin O’Malley, Senate President Mike Miller, and Speaker of the House Michael Busch.

Former Gov. Martin O’Malley put the first crack in the Democrat’s Blue Wall of Silence last month when he admitted under oath, what everybody already knew—that the Democrats’ 2012 gerrymander of Maryland was designed to gain Democratic seats at the expense of Republican ones.
‘I know nothing’

Miller seemed to alternate roles during his deposition. On the one hand, he was solicitous to the point of incredulity. On the one hand he seemed like the insincere Eddie Haskell character in “Leave It to Beaver.” “Oh, no, Mrs. Cleaver, I would never, ever, think a partisan thought.”

This would also seem to be a conflict of interest for Maryland's attorney general Brian Frosh. It would be great if we could rid our state of these scoundrels; Miller, Busch, and Frosh all of which support Sanctuary status and increasing the renewable energy portfolio standard.

These scoundrels are masters at keeping minority voters dumbed down and they keep getting voted back into office.
