Why is it that so many black politicians think that the people owe them more than the salary they're supposed to be earning? It's a problem at all levels of government.

No Politian should owe back taxes. They should be expelled and barred from any tax payer job / retirement etc. and be made to pay these taxes within 30 days and sent to jail.
