Boy, 3, out shopping with grandma dies in road rage shooting

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) — A 3-year-old boy being taken on a shopping trip by his grandmother was killed in a road rage shooting on Saturday when a driver opened fire on the grandmother’s car because he thought she “wasn’t moving fast enough at a stop sign,” police said.

The boy and his grandmother were at the stop sign in southwest Little Rock on Saturday evening when a driver apparently angry about the delay stepped out of his car and opened fire, police said. The boy was struck by gunfire at least once, they said.

The grandmother, who wasn’t struck, drove away and called police from a shopping center.

Police arrived at the shopping center and found the boy in the car outside a JCPenney department store. The boy was taken to a hospital, where he died shortly after.

i know old people who drive slowly are very very irritating.
Go on for crying out loud!

However, it has never occurred to me to kill one of them.

Hey 9:40 , I'm old and drive slow because I like to . I also carry and laugh at the pissed off people who are behind me. When I say slow , I drive the speed limit and most people consider that slow. It's the law .

People really need to calm the hell down. The world isn't coming to an end. If anything it's a dawn of a new beginning in America much better than we've seen since Reagan left office. People need to get a grip! Road ragers need to be prosecuted to fullest extent of the law.

Road ragers prosecuted?

Rage is prosecuted? It is illegal to get mad? To have emotion?

Now, if someone harms a person or damages property, then of course, that is a violation of property laws protected by Common Law under the US Constitution. Damaging property (including bodily harm) is illegal.

But getting mad, without doing damage is a simply human emotion.

Get over yourself Ms. 9:22

You seem to support Totalitarian Government.

11:07 I didn't leave the original comment but you seem to lack knowing what the definition of "rage" is and it's not just merely angry or getting mad, honey. It's a step up to violent behavior which FYI is against the law. Getting mad and maybe flashing someone the bird is NOT Road Rage. That's just being angry. Road Rage is driving aggressively, threatening someone or becoming violent again all which are against the law. It would benefit you to educate yourself before you chastise someone who knows more on the subject then you do.
