Maryland’s first day of early voting smooth so far

ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP) — Maryland’s elections administrator says the first day of early voting is going smoothly so far.

Linda Lamone says all 69 early voting centers opened on time Thursday, and there have been no reports of problems as of midmorning. People were lined up at some voting centers before they opened at 8 a.m.

Lamone says 15,922 registered Democrats have voted, compared to 4,883 Republicans. That compares to 2,505 voters registered with other parties.

I was under the impression that all Md voters would use paper ballots.

More democrats have voted at this point because independents and republicans are still at work. And, MD is a sickening bastion of liberalism.

Look at the image of the Democrat Band-Aid with the flag on it. Know why they're given out? Because Democrat fingers get bloody from repetitive voting.

Voted today in Berlin. There was a line of about 20 people. Line moved quickly. In and out in 30 minutes. This was around noon.

I voted last night, on a paper ballot, in Wicomico County. The thing I don't like is that you don't see what your ballot actually registers when it goes through the "reader". I don't trust the system at all. Does someone actually check the paper ballots to make sure they tally with the count from the "reader". I wanted to see my votes tallied on a screen or a printout or something.

I went there last night and voted at the civic center. I was told by the election workers, it had been non stop all day. I did not see too many Hillary supporters in the crowd. I think we all agreed, we have too much at stake in this election. To me it is a choice between Nationalism, or Communism. I want America to be great again! I voted for Trump and I Voted for an elected school board elected by the people and not by the BOE and appointed by the state!
Liberalism is a disease that needs to be eradicated!

there is still NO WAY to confirm our vote. Still corruption and fraud.

Local Patriot agrees, there is no way of seeing how the scanner reads and tabulates

"Going smoothly" means no one caught their votes for Trump being changed to Soros I mean Clinton.

To the first 2:58, the answer is no. No one will go through the ballot pile and check it against the printout tape in the reader. They will, however, sign their names to it claiming its officially (is that a word?) and send it off to the State to be counted. And I am with you, each of us should be given a printed receipt to look at how our ballot was read so we could raise our hand if there is a discrepancy. All this new "paper" ballot did was take away the visual screen to keep the voters in the dark.
