When displayed either horizontally or vertically against a wall, the union should be uppermost and to the flag's own right, that is, to the observer's left. When displayed in a window it should be displayed in the same way, that is with the union or blue field to the left of the observer in the street.
"When the flag is displayed in the window, keep in mind that you are showing your patriotism to people OUTSIDE your building...they are the "audience". This means that the blue field of stars (The Union) should be to the flag's OWN RIGHT WHEN VIEWED FROM THE STREET OR SIDEWALK. To make sure you have displayed the flag properly in your window, walk outside and look at it. If the Union is to YOUR left as the observer, (The flag's own RIGHT), your display is properly and correctly done.

As it is displayed inside the window it is correct. It is displayed to the interior of the building.

It's hung in victory formation.
