well well well....the very ones that take away our right to carry and protect ourselves and our families NOW want to teach us how to duck, run, hide and not to cry out loud for mercy when we're being shot at..

Yeah...a class on how to hide (aka "shelter in place"). A clever way make it easier for the active shoother to use fewer bullets TO KILL YOU. Maybe some of you out there remember the tried and true notion of Self Determination.
