10:06, You tend to always ask the same question over and over again. Why don't YOU pick up the phone and ask them yourself. Then you can come back here and make a worth while comment.
Or you, the curious one, could write a form letter to each asking for their views. They would reply by mail, and you'd have something to both keep and share with us all.
Thank you, Andy Harris, but I find it hard to believe it would take years to figure out that the Tenth Amendment throws this "Guidance" right out the window along with any Civil Rights laws made unconstitutionally since then.
