That is absolutely wonderful.
I hate to be negative, but by the time the politicians, lawyers and accountants get done with it, nobody will be able to afford it.
My Dad had this done for his Parkinson's. It's not that new. At least 15 years ago. It did help for quite a while but doesn't halt the progression of the disease. And is only suitable for some patients. Parkinson's effects people in different ways
