Why are people so protective of their First and Second Amendment Rights but so willing to cave when it comes to their Forth?

Well they need to surprise everyone getting assistance, i.e. food cards, from the state and if found to be doing drugs, they don't get them any more, period. No second chance. If they want to eat, they'll go find a job.
