MOSHA and OSHA are going to have a field day on that whole site !

What the hell?? This is irresponsible of them. They need to get it together at this job site or they need to hire a different contractor

3:58 If they can't find their way out of a wet paper bag, then maybe. Highly doubtful though.

What are they building, so I know not to bring my family to this jinx??

The building permit costs, sanitary sewer fees, P&Z fees, fire sprinkler fees, Worcester Soil erosion fees, contractor licensing fees, who in the hell can afford to implement a safety plan. The whole Building System is inherently unsafe when one factors-in all of the permitting. That's why the contractor is skimping on maintenance & fall protection.

Really and truthfully - the inspectors and their accomplices should be rounded up and incarcerated as they are the only recipients of the 'whip cream'. That's right - the contractor & subs mash the potatoes and the municipal workers get the gravy.

My advise - stay clear of anything to do OC. It is Ta Boo.

To all,
Today I drove by a 30 inch trunk live tree completely sheared off at about the 7 foot level with the whole tree 15 feet away from the trunk.

Mother nature holds nothing back sometimes. This happened while the crane was not in use in a stored position.

Nothing but a simple insurance claim here, folks, sorry to disappoint the hoemygawds crowd.

And, no, I'm not D.B.

The project development/planning by the same group at 61st St. which resulted in Trader's Cove Condominium residents being evacuated Oct 2nd 2015 because of unsecured building material being blown off a 8 story building during a nor'easter. No injuries in that case but damage to structures. Lack of supervision by the City for a project not compatible for its location.

Its common practice for a crane to be left assembled like this. You can't take them apart and put them back together every morning and night. Not luke they can lower a 100ft boom in a small cobstruction area lol. And actually having a boom down past 30 degrees causes more stress on components.
