I have no proof, just speculation, but could texting be involved? How else could a driver fail to see a steady red light?
Texting.
Coming back from Easton yesterday, a black Mercedes was hogging the inside lane while the white, middle aged female driver was texting away on her phone. Oblivious.
Have to agree with the texting comments; I'm seeing the tops of people's heads way too often while on the road.
