Objections of governors and members of Congress

Some officials, including FBI Director James Comey, worry there are what Comey has called "gaps" in the vetting process. Experts say U.S. intelligence in Syria isn't very good, because the U.S. lacks much of a presence on the ground. So there's no way to compile a thorough watch list of possible terrorists from Syria against which refugees can be checked. Administration officials are briefing governors and members of Congress about the process, but lawmakers may try to pass legislation calling on the administration to suspend its refugee resettlement efforts.

I wonder just how President Obama can stand in front of the American people and flat out say they will do a very thorough background check when there are no records and their government is basically shut down.

Obama holds the pin on this live grenade and there is no way on earth I am going to believe any one of us should feel safe on his word alone.

THINK, would the likes of a Ronald Regan ever consider allowing these people into the United States? As if we as a country aren't in enough debt, so many Americans on unemployment, disability, food stamps, homeless veterans and the cost of living skyrocketing, this is NOT the time to open our border. How many tens of thousands of jobs will disappear to honest, legal Americans?

Enough is Enough!

People keep wondering about this and speculating about his competence.
He is NOT incompetent.
He is NOT naive.
He is NOT detached and aloof.
He is NOT the idiot that people say he is.

He knows exactly what he is doing.

9:31-Correct on all counts.Notice how those who are currently in the military or who have retired from the military are reluctant to share their views on social media.THEY are who I gauge the Obama Admin by,because he has established financial control over what THEY say.I have many friends in the armed forces, and notta peep from them on facebook or twitter or other sources.Only anonymous comments from that dynamic because they feel their livelihoods will be threatened in one way or the other by speaking their minds. The freedoms for which they have fought have therefore been taken away from them. How ironic that is.

I say we let the immigrants in. Only 1 condition. Obama must personally vouch for everyone let in and sign for them as their sponsor. When they commit a crime we the people then charge BO as an accomplice to the crime as their sponsor.
