Judge Orders Freddie Gray’s Medical Records To Be Given To Defense

BALTIMORE (WJZ) — New developments in the Freddie Gray trial.

The judge orders that the 25-year-old’s medical records be turned over to the defense team of the first officer to go on trial.

According to WJZ media partner The Baltimore Sun, court records show Judge Barry Williams is allowing the transfer of Gray’s medical records from his hospitalization right before his death.

Up until now, this was standard procedure. Now, in the liberal land of lawlessness, it takes a court order to give the defendant what he is entitled to by law.

Is the defense entitled to Freddie Gray's medical records? That's like the Duh Question of the Day.

Why the SA would engage the defense in a fight, to which they would have to seek a court order to obtain the medical records, speaks volumes to her complete, utter and gross incompetence.
It's Balto City though so to be expected. Very very few working brains in that cesspool and who they elect reflects how ignorant the voters are.
