Ford/dodge dealer in Salisbury. Went to a tent sale on Saturday to buy a truck. Told me a price I said o.k. fine. Went back on Monday price went up 5000 dollars. Freaking crooks. Went to Delaware told them what they did got my truck for Saturday price. Screw Salisbury ford/dodge dealer.

I don't watch anything live. I record it so I can ff thru commercials.

I don't mute it but I'm not listening either and if someone paid me I wouldn't be able to tell which one is for what dealer.
I did stop to listen when I heard Berlin Chevy because I was wondering what happened to Barrett.

We Sheeerrrwood like to screw you over.

I can't stand any of them. Especially the Kia commercials. They treat everyone like we are retarded!

I don't watch TV. It's too seductive and empty. Give it a try - you'll think a lot more clearly after the withdrawal is over.

Every time I see a TV commercial from car dealers, I think of how much more $$ is tacked onto the price to pay for those commercials.

Barrett sold to holly Kia. The holly Kia ads are always lound and obnoxious. How can they give you 7 k for any trade with out scamming you?

I mute all commercials. I watch so little tv I'm about ready to cancel cable. 99% of it is garbage.

You are sooooo right! !

I no longer watch live TV unless its a sporting event that i have invited people over to watch. Otherwise EVERYTHING gets recorded and i watch it on a 30 minute delay. That way i can fast forward through all the commercials. The commercials are the worst part of TV hands down. Pushing debt slavery, obesity and a comsumerist mentality.

The Holly Kia commercial is the only one that bothers me. All they do is yell throughout the whole commercial. I can't stand it...

If I hear my baby drives a Pohanka one more time I'm going to throwup.

That is the time to get up off the couch and take a stroll through the house, a bathroom break, get a snack, start laundry, or whatever else might come to mind.

I FF or Mute commercials and WBOC news sports.
@ 8:53, if you read the fine print, it is 7000 off select models...still a scam

Why would I buy a vehicle from someone who yells and shouts at me? Not only mute but switch to another station for the length of the commercial.

Violating FCC ruling they need to be reported. Jim wants to see ya in a Kia. I want to see Jim under a Kia lol and those two Tards that do the skits. It is sad how low quality the Shore adds are.

All are so annoying... not sure which one is the worst.

I do not watch any local news, period. I get my local news right here on SBYNEWS and Fox headline news on this computer.

Anonymous said...

I either mute the commercial or change the channel.
What is really annoying is when a commercial comes on and it so much louder than it should be.

Mostly sick of the obnoxious misleading Holly Kia commercial with the two yelling idiots. Jim wants to see ya in a Holly Kia? Well I would like to see Jim in a 20/20 story on "truth in advertising".

A question I have is why are we subjected to commercial’s to start with, I pay over $150.00 a month to Comcast to watch movies and Fox news not to watch commercial’s every 9 minutes. They should take all commercial’s and put them on channels by themselves.

I ALWAYS mute the Holly Kia idiots. Why do they think being yelled at by those two wannabe "actors" will bring sales. Also, I have never, since the beginning, thought that "What's your baby driving" line made sense. Its time our locals stop making their own commercials....I do watch a lot of tv and my mute button is used frequently!

Let's see, Discovery, History, Animal Planet, National Geo, Foxnews, NBCSports channel for Nascar.

Nope, not on the playlist list for Pohanka commercials!

I mute all of the car commercials and now the Pam Price commercials because her and her kids are yelling louder that the car dealerships.

I thought the FCC had regulations on making the commercials louder that the regular television shows.

Watching TV is a time sink. To get time back, I almost only watch recorded TV now.

A half hour show is about 22 minutes of actual content. You just found enough time to do a load of laundry.

An hour show is about 40 minutes of actual content. Dishes are done, man!

Get yourself some kind of DVR. Or subscribe to Netflix and watch out of season shows. Then put that reclaimed time to something that benefits you. If you have to watch 3 hours of live TV, recording it and watching it tomorrow can be done in about 2 hours. Maybe it's extra sleep? Chores? More time with your kids? Home improvement projects?

Only suckers watch regular tv any more. Start streaming and bye bye annoying Holly Kia and Pohanka commercials. Best part no more WBOC anything any more. Sbynews is the only news I need to hear and I don't have to tune in at 6 and 7 pm.
