Seriously how many years has Ireton been around and what does the city of Salisbury have to show for it?

A new building where the fire apparatus can collect dust since the volunteers are unable to staff it when the alarm goes off

Is that the ireton mayoral library

I would not let HCI build a dog house for my dead dog! If you could see the shoddy workmanship in OC, when they were SBI, you would not either! Steel framed walls that curve and do not count on anything in a building by them to be plumb or square!

No Jim Ireton hired Bill Gordy to be the General Manager of the project. Makes a lot of sense after getting rid of him doesn't it. Funny thing is Gordy isn't qualified to be a project manager.

Oh really? A project that is going to cost tax payers over $6 million dollars when they had a perfectly fine building that Hoppes and Bill Gordy told the firemen to let it go into disrepair.

A construction project to out of town companies who employ out of town employees at city tax payers expense.

Four residential lots that are now off the tax rolls.

Tell me again how new construction is good!

The volunteers are struggling to staff the apparatus because paid fire chief Rick Hoppes and other paid firemen like you have done your best to run the volunteers off.

Solution: Fire Rick Hoppes, John Tull, Darren Scott and any other volunteer haters. Run a serious volunteer recruitment and retaining program and problem solved.
