Another Accident in Bishopville

Another injury accident yesterday in Bishopville intersection of Rt. 113 and Jarvis Road. This is the 3rd serious accident in less than two weeks. This is a very dangerous intersection to cross onto Rt. 113.

Even the drivers education teachers warn kids that live there about this intersection.

LMAO!! It's not the intersection Dumb Dumb! It's the ignorance of the ones not paying attention.

BTW did you take the same Drivers Ed Course? Maybe we have a pattern here.

You said that on as a comment before. Now it's a story. Must be the same person that pushed for those stupid concrete things in the medians now. Those things are more dangerous than nothing. Trying to merge over to make a uturn at the next one is damn near impossible at times. People are slowing down to merge into the fast lane to do that and the slow people jump and squeeze the fast lane to avoid the merging person .

The court should be compelled to reveal cell phone or computer records in EVERY SINGLE CASE.An attorney should not be able to request suppression of any contributing factors when a serious accident occurs. When a person causes an accident and seeks an attorney he/she is automatically told by the attorney not to acknowledge using technology before the accident occurred UNLESS someone comes forward with proof that technology was being used and was responsible for the accident. That information should not be negotiable in court. No act of suppression should be allowed in cases involving vehicular accidents with or without the element of death as a result.
