Considering what she allowed to happen by ordering police to stand-down...the first step in restoring the relationship would be to restore the trust.....
Now who is going to reform the citizens of Baltimore? Why would anyone want to be a Baltimore City cop? Especially on the West side!
I can only imagine the morale of the cops on duty in Baltimore City. Arrest a common street criminal and go to jail yourself.
Just build a high fence around the whole of it and let them have at it.
Well, Maryland could probably due without Baltimore. Let it be it's own state. As for the money. What's worse, paying for drug dealers and welfare queens to sleep late? I think not.
We could rent the property out and let the mayor and council pay us for the use of our land.
Police pistols will be replaced with paintball guns. When a criminal is shot with paint, he has 24 hours to turn himself into the cops for arraignment. The mayor is confident that this new approach of "Trust" will accomplish a lot for her city.
So now they are Federalizing the Baltimore Police Dept. Not without a fight and all because of the Mayor being and absolute idiot and coward. Every person in the state of Md should be demanding her resignation via the Governor's Office.
