This story unfortunately hits close to home because of the Todd family tragedy in Princess Anne.
That story didn't start when the father took custody of the children or when their electric was shut off.
The story of their deaths started 15 years ago when 2 people brought a child into the world with no viable means to support the child. This problem grew with the birth of each child until it was completely out of control and there was no way for the father to pull himself out of the hole of poverty he had dug. This caused him to make irrational decisions which lead to the death of the entire family.
Absolutely right on the mark 11:30.
