'The Server Will Remain Private'

Hillary Clinton, in her first public comments on the controversy over her use of personal email as secretary of state, acknowledged Tuesday that it "would have been better" to have used an official government account -- but said she used the personal one as a "matter of convenience."

The former secretary of state, and likely 2016 Democratic presidential candidate, addressed the controversy in New York, following an event on women's empowerment at the United Nations headquarters.

She also briefly addressed her use of a private email server, but said it contains personal communications between her and her husband.

"The server will remain private," Clinton said.

Doesn't matter. Might as well drop the issue. No one has the balls enough to do anything about it.

I believe that Clinton is a criminal and always will be! Above the law and follows only her rules!

True 2:54 pm. She is a criminal. Her famous saying I hope she is well known for....When asked about the Benghazi Killings in front of a congressional board, her replay was "Does it really matter". I am a woman and I despise her!!! She DOES NOT represent me!! Women are idiots to EVER trust her! No woman, no mother, no sister would EVER allow humans, let alone Americans to die the way she did!!!!!!!!!!!!

Perhaps the "Private Server" is just a cover up and she really had a State Dept. Account that was erased.

The records are the peoples property not hers.

Federal investigators first searched Broadwell’s home in Charlotte in November 2012 and seized dozens of boxes of records as well as computer equipment. Too bad Hillary wasn't having an affair with Paula then we could see what's on her server like they did to Patraeus.

DOJ and Obama does not have the balls o the knowledge to take the server. It is the peoples no matter what.
When I was in the Criminal Justice system, if I bought a uniform, brass on the uniform or any accessory related to the job, I had to return it when I retired. It was considered their property no matter how I obtained it.
File charges with minimum sentence of her receiving no Tax Payer benefits retro active to the date she became Sec State to the day she dies and no Tax Payer benefits for any family person on her behalf.

She's either too corrupt to be president or too stupid. You decide.
