S.I. student allegedly beats classmate for farting near her

She smelt it — and she dealt it.

A Staten Island high school student is accused of bashing a classmate in the head with a metal stool for farting as he walked by her desk, a law-enforcement source said.

The attack left the alleged wind-breaker with a bloody gash that required eight staples to close, the source said.

The 15-year-old victim allegedly passed gas near Joquasha Rosado, 17, in a classroom at South Richmond High School on Hylan Boulevard on Jan. 5 shortly after 3 p.m., a law enforcement source said.

This is serious and you people laugh and make jokes?

Our society is falling apart at the the seams and everything is a party.

Pretty soon someone is going to start playing a violin.

A little excessive. Why couldn't she just talk to the stinker first? I'm sure joquasha wouldn't get it if a cop took a shot at her while she was assaulting the stinker!
