In the video, Opelousas, Louisiana, Mayor Donald Cravins Sr., whose son is Ms. Landrieu’s chief of staff, tells the event’s attendees to vote as many times as possible.
“If you early voted, go vote again tomorrow,” Mr. Cravins is heard saying on the video, presumably made the day before the Nov. 4 elections and posted Monday by the Black Conservative Fund. “One more time’s not going to hurt.”

Why do black folks, especially leaders, encourage breaking the law?
Lets not forget encouraging the dead to vote too! After all they are about 15% of the Democratic vote.
