The total equates to a $22,000 tax on every American who has a four-year college degree, 30 cents extra for every gallon of gas, or $10 a month tacked onto every cell phone bill.

Well hopefully some of these people will be made to serve on juries so as yo free up my valuable time. After all somebody needs to pay for their illegal occupation of our country. JURY DUTY FOR ALL!
Which means $12+ trillion in actual dollars.
And 10:46 That makes the most sense...like they say, jury of your peers. Anyone on ebt, etc should have to do it too. I'll be damned if I will, receiving $30 or whatever when I bring in $560+ per day. No thanks.
