WCPOBrockman was breaking up a party from which Ramsey and her friends were trying to leave, and he suspected she might be legally impaired. According to the investigator's report, she was, on both alcohol and marijuana.
The forensic report said tire tracks matching the car are on his foot, and that she indeed made a sharp left turn into him and knocked him to the hood of her car, making the shooting justified.

No mention of the big argument she had been in with a young man just prior to the shooting incident.That added heightened emotion which in turn hastened her exit from the scene.No offense,but highly emotional and intoxicated men or women have no business driving.
Now had she been other than white the usual race baiters would have been all over this one!
Spot on 11:34 AM. But understand race baiters wouldn't exist if bigotry and irrational fear didn't get black people killed for no good reason. Every person has the potential to do harm and commit a crime...every person not just those with melanin.
Of course it was a justified shooting. Is there any other kind when it's a kop doing the killing?
