oh, I guess seeing how hysterical the press will be about Ebola, seeing how many times we hear about ISIS, ISIL, IL or whatever the hell they call themselves an lamenting the fact I won't be able to attend Corvette weekend in O.C. The one highlight will be going to church Sunday. I am thankful for that.

Shopping at Trader Joe's in Annapolis, because, except for Giant, there are no good grocery stores in Salisbury.

Everything you can purchase at Trader Joes is available in Salisbury at different ethnic stores and there is a class to find out more starting this Thursday at Asbury Church. There is a whole foods movement in Salisbury and the leader is a young woman who is an expert in this field. Her site is Country Tart. Hope Joe will post this because the classes start Thursday and they are free. Healthy eating in Salisbury... hurray.

Learning more about Ebola now that the CDC has changed their standing on the subject 3X. They are now rounding up all plane passengers but yet they say you cannot catch ebola from airborne sources??? Start educating yourself people.

8:07-I agree about educating ourselves, but I refuse to let the possibilities impede my life. When I ride through the country I see mounds of dirt where bunkers are located & surely tons of supplies are inside.Preparation such as that may suit some people, but none of us are going to live beyond our allotted time.

8:05 I agree, Lynn is very good at educating people on where and what to buy! If not for the venue, I would be attending.
