uh... Yes!
That wasn't a stabbing and the assistant chief from the fire department admitted is was only a poke hole in the arm.
The Salisbury Fire Department responded the assistant chief SUV, a fire engine and an ambulance. Why is a COMMAND VEHICLE required to be there? That bozo doesn't even know how to put a band aid on anyone.
