The state’s real gross domestic product (GDP) showed zero change last year, ranking 49th in the country. By comparison, Maryland’s GDP rose 2.4 percent in 2012.
Only Alaska and Washington, D.C., fared worse in 2013. D.C.’s GDP dropped 0.5 percent, while Alaska’s slid 2.5 percent.

Taxed to death by Democrats. Folks, I keep expressing the issue that it begins at the local level. Elected Democrats have always spent more than they have so they have to raise taxes.

That is not true.. Right wing spin no doubt. O'malley has said we have had significant economic growth and low unemployment. Just because the stores in Salisbury are closing down all around us is not evidence to the contrary. He has said so and I believe him.
