Salisbury News has been informed the District Court has been evacuated due to a bomb threat.

all district courts are closed. It will be 3 or 4 hours before it opens.

How could this be? It's against the law in md to build a bomb, or have a magazine with more than 10 rounds. Silly me I forgot criminals don't obey the law.

Isn't that a secure building? Everyone entering has to be scanned at the main entrance unless they are LEO. How could a bomb be placed in the court house?
