SPD has done as much to make Salisbury safer, as Obama has done to improve America!
All I see there is a few cops and just a few department heads. Horrible turn out.
Let the Sheriff's Office take over all police agencies in the county with the exception of the MSP.
Nobody knew about this ceremony.
I agree, we need One Sheriff's Office int his county as our police force. It's the only way to make them communicate and work together to help us citizens live without all this crime.
Merge the Salisbury Police Department with the Wicomico County Sheriff's Office and make ONE police department.
