Chief Johnson: Working tools were inside the truck - no indication that firearms were used in this incident
Tactical units were able to isolate the suspect in the building and located using technology. No officer injuries
Suspect was watching television at station during police response
Police say the building was rammed several times with a stolen truck. The truck belonged to a State Highway Administration contractor
