So, I see there's a new name for a broken pipe from freezing weather that should be a call to Joe the plumber. It's titled, "Flood With Electrical Hazards". Probably some dangerous rabbits in the yard as well! OH, MY!
These callers should be referred to a local plumber and charged with 911 abuse. But, no, it's an excuse to go for another fire truck ride with a lunch stop on the way back...
As the life threatening Pro Qa' are reaching epidemic levels.

There are no electrical hazards when pipes break. Just a way to justify increasing fire department calls. Remember they have over 60 paid firemen jobs to justify. Can the dispatcher say leave the house and call the plumber? Sorry for your luck.
This is an EMS department and not a fire department.
