USPS Ad For ‘Holiday Stamps’ Omits Christmas — Includes Kwanzaa, Hanukkah

Where’s Christmas? As one social media commentator rapidly noticed, a recent U.S. Postal Service advertisement to sell “holiday stamps” curiously omitted a Christmas or Christian-themed message, yet included portrayals of Hanukkah and Kwanzaa.

The ad reported by The Blaze contained the text: “Don’t forget your holiday stamps. You’ll find them at your nearest post office or on eBay.” And below the text were pictures of three stamps: One showed a candle holder with nine lighted candles, emblazoned with the word “Hanukkah.” Another showed an colorful symbol over an open book, above the block-type word “Kwanzaa.”

What do you all want in the new "COUNTRY" we live in ..get over it and get use to the new "Country" as we are no longer America and we need to just deal with it and remember the old days as the NEW RULE is here and we have not seen nothing yet. Just wait and watch what is next in the country we once knew as America.

Well, I won't be sending Christmas cards this year, and any packages that need to be mailed will go to UPS or FEDEX. And we wonder why USPS is in trouble.

I watched the Hunger Games the other night for the first time and that really seems to portray the future of America. You people better start speaking up and fighting back...

the 11:25 idiot has a point. Although if what he means by deal with it, is take back our country, it may be too late. Gay marriage will not be repealed. Legalized pot will move forward and Immigration will also change. Muslims will try and over take us as they have in Europe. Christians are already being persecuted thru holidays, and any public display of celebration, etc. It will take time, but eventually we will no longer recognize the america we once were. We are long past the hay day of the america we once were. What will we look like in the next 20 if those in power continue to take away our rights and lead us on a path of destruction from within.

Miss smarty pants forgot the question mark at the end of her rant as well 6:00.

Keep it simple Annie, we won't judge you. Bahahaha!

Doesn't bother me if simple minds judge me, because I find imbeciles amusing. Especially when your only contribution to the conversation is hate. Just goes to show you have nothing interesting going on in that pea sized mass in your head.

Maybe you need to go back to grammar school also, because I was making a statement not asking a question.

Keep on hating trolls. And thanks for the laughs!

It's a shame they don't advertise it in the ad, but I'm glad you CAN still buy "Christmas" stamps at the post office. :-)

Some of you need to read the entire story.

Just ordered my CHRISTMAS stamps through usps.com. Thankfully that's still an option.

Since Kwanzaa is in there I demand stamps for "Festivus" especially commemorating the feats of strength.

Festivus for the rest of us

Christians can go solo.In fact, when they go solo they stand out way more than if EVERYBODY was a Christian. We were all given a choice because of free will.
