OK, so someone translate this. What does it mean?
It means that the next enrollment period is likely to be an embarrassment to his administration and the Democratic party. So they are pushing it back so that it does not become a campaign issue.
Pushed back just enough to avoid the election. What a bunch of scammers!
Back the truck up. This is nothing but election tampering. Congress needs to stop this now.
