Hey, 11:58 you need to take a class in government. If there is such a close divide in the supporters 53 vs 47 % then there should obviously be negotiation to reach an agreement. The Executive branch (Pres) does not write laws, that is the job of the Legislative branch. Go back to 9th grade civics class and pay attention next time. P.S. take Obama with you!

No, but that fool sure can write some executive orders.
That's his little way of skirting law and congress.
For some reason it would appear that Congress passed the ACA. Crazy I know but then the president signed it. Which makes it a law.
How many times do we have to go over this?
