its STILL SO ANNOYING. we have a HEROIN epidemic on hand, and all we have is money grubbing cops. how many of these stops have gotten a heroin bust of major proportions, list them.. . . . not gonna see a whole lot.
This type of police activity makes money for the state. Arresting
a drug dealer costs the state money. So where do you normally see the most police, your rear view mirror !

She probably thinks they are keeping her safe. Which by the way, no cop has any obligation to do. They are obliged to protect buildings and corps. however.
Oh, and protect the other oppressors, I mean, other people in power.
