NUMEROUS BUSINESS ARE WORRIED ABOUT OBAMACARE — AND HERE’S WHAT THEY’RE STARTING TO DO ABOUT IT

Mid- and large-sized companies overwhelmingly expect health-care costs to increase under Obamacare — and most are eyeing possible changes to their health insurance offerings because of a looming excise tax for pricier plans under the health-care reform law, a new survey of employers finds.

In fact, 40 percent of 420 companies surveyed byTowers Watson said they will be changing their insurance plans’ designs in 2014 in light of the coming excise tax as well as to control employee-related health costs.

And nearly 60 percent of the companies view private health insurance exchanges as a possible way to control their health-care and administrative costs by shifting the work of insuring their workers off to those exchanges in the future.

But most of those companies — which collectively employ 8.7 million people — don’t have firm near-term plans to do so.

this is exactly what the law is designed to do. just remember you can keep your plan if you like it. the only problem with that is that your plan will not exist

Cloverland Dairy and Royal Farms are kicking spouses off their plans if they qualify anywhere else.
They have already went to part time for all employees except Management.
What's next?
Try to call out at the Farm store and you will probably lose what few hours you have. If you work more than scheduled they already wont pay you for them. Reason for this is you were not scheduled. But when it is time to leave try to leave the counter area if there is a line. If you do your on the list to be gone for having an attitude.
Besides the PR signs on the highway, what has the farm store done for the local areas that they serve? Do they sponsor baseball teams NO, do they donate to help local schools? NO, Has anyone heard of any good they do for the local areas? Besides barely over minimum wages jobs that do not come with benefits. Treat their staffs like crap.

And if you are limited to 29 or 30 hours at one employer who in their right mind is going to hire you for only 10 hours per week. Bottom line; you either are stuck with lower pay because of 30 hours or have to work 50 hours or more.
