BREAKING NEWS -- DEPUTY TROY DURHAM PREVAILS

NOTE: This began five years ago, August 2008. Deputy Durham's certification was unlawfully taken from him and Durham was forced to re-earn his police certification.

A lot of red faces at the training commission and Somerset sheriff's dept I would assume!

Justice delayed is justice denied but in this case it seems that justice will eventually prevail.

Now we need to get him the money that he is owed.

back pay in the works, but huffman will get all of it, just as he gets all of jones garnishments, you don't think so just ask troy

Congrads to Troy.However,let me be the first to say he needs to get out of law enforcement.The explanation for that rationale is too extensive to include in this comment,but now would be the perfect time for an adjustment.Not completely getting out of LE,but a LE job that does not return him to his old duties.
