Part of his sentencing should be a ban of Ocean City for a period of five years.

So he hits a bus and gets a $10,000 unsecured bond but the lady that ran over the child only gets a $5,000 unsecured bond? How do they determine what their bond should be.

Getting off of that island is a bitch.Believe you me I've tried it when every cop in OC was looking for me.

Unsecured bond amounts are irrelavent. They are released without having to posted ANYTHING. It's the same as PR.

5:49 it is not the same as PR. It is similar in a way that they don't have to post anything to be released, however if they fail to appear, it differs, they owe the amount of the unsecured bond, where with PR, nothing happens if they don't show up.
