President To Speak At Baltimore Company

For the first time in about a year, President Obama visits Baltimore on Friday.

The White House says the trip to Baltimore is the president's second "Middle Class Jobs and Opportunity Tour."

The president will speak to employees and guests at Ellicott Dredges, an East Baltimore company that manufactures dredging equipment.

The speech, set for Friday afternoon, will not be open to the public.
