Teen Accused Of Stealing Shoes At Gunpoint

GLEN BURNIE - Police arrested a teenager accused of stealing the shoes off a man’s feet at gunpoint Friday night.

Jesse Jordan Scrivner, a 16-year-old from Millersville, faces six charges as an adult including theft, assault and armed robbery.

The alleged incident happened at about 10 p.m. in the Marley Station Mall parking lot in Glen Burnie.

Commission of a crime with a gun.., let's see just how much our judicial system wants to lessen gun crime. The sentence should be the maximum plus a day to insure this criminal stays locked up for his full sentence.

Did he have a permit for that gun?

Unless it was a long gun, he's not permitted a handgun til 21. Long gun needs no special permit, in Maryland,that is. But then there's City Limits, brandishing, threatening, etc. that can be charged on him.
