NASA scientist says key chemical ingredients for life, including sulfur, hydrogen and oxygen, were found in Mars rock sample taken by Curiosity rover.

NASA is a huge business.They consider Mars exploration success at the top.I'm with you on this one,but the ooh and aah factor they get from these announcements actually works with mainstream America.The trickle down psychological effect that Mars missions have on Americans keep the remaining NASA projects afloat.Communications are in total far more expensive to taxpayers than any experiment conducted on Mars.

If people really cared about helping humans, they wouldn't need to be given money to do it.

That's not caring for people. That's caring for money.
