Rangel In The News

Southern pols chide Rep. Charlie Rangel for generalizing 'cultures' that need to be 'overcome' for new gun laws

Rep. Ted Poe (R-Tex.) and Rep. Tery Gowdy (R-S.C.) fire back at Rangel, who said gun rights advocates must acknowledge that assault weapons are not necessary for hunting and they must be kept from the mentally ill.

Aside from the fact that none of these scared-of-the-dark ninnies and girlie-boys can tell us what an "assault" rifle is, one one I can assure them of is this --- we ain't planning on doing any hunting with those weapons. We have them for the purpose they were intended for --- equality of firepower and the ability to resist the obviously wanna-be rulers. I refer you to the post earlier about the litmus test for military leaders....

The culture that needs to be overcome is the culture of corruption in DC, Chollie being near the top of the list.
