The first lady spoke Tuesday evening from the Governor’s Reception Room in Annapolis with Lillian Lowery, the state’s superintendent of schools, and Ann Chafin, the assistant state superintendent of schools. They were joined in the online chat by experts on bullying.
O’Malley has made the issue a priority of the first lady’s office. She says the state has worked to increase awareness by partnering with Baltimore Ravens running back Ray Rice, Facebook and Time Warner’s Cartoon Network.

Why don't we try to stop bullying by her husband and his administration?
Find a bully and tax he or she. Called a bully tax. He has taxed everything else, so why not. You stop bulling by fighting back. That's will not happen in Maryland because of Democrats that live off the Government. The majority of Democrats in Maryland are freeloaders living off us taxpayers. That's why Obama won again.
These dum dums teach kids that they should run and tell a teacher after getting their butt kicked else they'll get in trouble. How about we go back to the good ol days of "if someone hits you, you hit them back". Best cure for a bully is a punch in the mouth.
Just another sound good, feel good thing that turns liberals on.
