I think it's so wonderful that Internet Service Providers give us websites to visit in case our internet goes down!
It just goes to show their total mental capacity is zero!

8:53, when your internet is OFF, how do you go to their website? Do you walk, or take the short bus?
Come on people give it a rest. People can access the internet on their phone! Some have people have a wireless card. As long as the cell towers stay up both of those options will allow you to access the internet.
