Mark Anthony Torres of Princess Anne, Criminal summons served for theft less than $1,000. Torres was released on signature pending court actions.

Darryl Michael Trostle of Laurel Delaware, arrested 9-5-12 on a warrant for failing to appear in court. Trostle was released on personal recognizance.

Joseph Lamont Lewis of Salisbury, arrested 9-6-12 on a warrant for failing to appear in court. Lewis was held on a $10,000 bond.

James Lee Cotton Sr. of Westover, arrested 9-7-12 on a warrant for 2nd degree assault. Cotton was released on personal recognizance.

Darryl Bryant Ramsey of Springdale Maryland, arrested 9-7-12 on two warrants for violation of probation. Ramsey was held on a $40,000 bond.

Juvenile arrested 9-13-12 for possession of suspected marijuana, and drug paraphernalia. The juvenile was released to parents pending juvenile court actions. The arrest was the result of a traffic stop conducted by deputies on Ocean Highway, Westover where deputies recovered a small amount of suspected marijuana, and a pipe in the vehicle.

Getahum Bekele Heyi of Washington DC, arrested 9-11-12 for driving without a license and failure to drive right of center. Heyi was released on signatures pending court actions. The arrest was the result of a traffic stop conducted by deputies on Ocean Highway, Eden.

Kenneth Lee Hitch of Salisbury, arrested 9-12-12 on a warrant for failing to appear in court. Hitch was released after posting bond.

Juvenile arrested 9-13-12 for contempt of court. The juvenile was later turned over to the Department Of Social Services.
